Mr. James Parsons and his wife visited JAU premises on Sunday November 1st, and were impressed by the high level of JAU facilities. Mr. Parsons has worked as a chef in Jordan, Switzerland, France, Germany, Thailand, Canada, United States and the United Kingdom, and is now a member of the Jordan Chefs Association.
